Chief Executive Office

A Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development Anita has overseen a number of restructure and redundancy exercises; managed both complex and senior level disciplinary and grievance investigations, hearings and appeals; a full benefits and compensation review for a number of organisations; and the introduction of a range of performance management systems.

This is on top of working with many senior management teams to develop and implement their HR strategies. Noteworthy, are root and branch overhauls of two High Street law firms’ strategies in order for them to compete in the new legal landscape and to become regional players.

With a HR career that started in 1988, previous to setting up Beststart HR, Anita gained invaluable HR experience in the retail sector at Marks & Spencer, in manufacturing with GEC Marconi Avionics and in investment/professional firms culminating in being a Vice President at JP Morgan Chase.

Anita holds level A & B Certificates in Occupational Testing.
