Coach, Trainer and Workplace Mediator

Claire has a strong business acumen and an ability to ensure that all training, coaching and mediation remains business and commercially focused.

Following a successful career as a HR Consultant with Beststart HR, Claire now specialises in coaching, training and workplace mediation.  She has provided a wide breadth of organisations with her expertise, skills and knowledge with specific highlights being: coaching a range of individuals at different levels to improve their management effectiveness, confidence and resilience including using 360 feedback, psychometric tests and CBT tools; and designing bespoke management development training programmes.

Claire is a fully qualified workplace mediator and holds The National Certificate in Workplace Mediation™, the UK’s benchmark qualification for workplace, employment and business mediators.  This complements her Diploma in Psychotherapy & Counselling which allows her to provide training and coaching in stress management, conflict resolution and mediation skills for managers. She is qualified in Thomas International and Hogan Psychometric Assessments and has recently completed an Introduction to NLP course.  Claire is currently studying for a clinical qualification in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.

Claire’s HR and training career began in the retail sector working for Marks and Spencer where she pursued a diverse career. As she progressed within the company, she was responsible for HR teams in large stores and then held accountability for 4 National Distribution Centres. Claire undertook a role as a HR Business and Training Partner within the global mobile telecommunications giant T-Mobile where she was responsible for delivering HR strategic projects for the South East and West regions of the UK.
