Advisory-only service for telephone and email HR queries and for drafting of HR letters and completing HR document templates.

  • 3 hours’ HR support purchased in advance
  • Hours are valid for use for a 6-month period from the 1st of the month in which the Carnet is bought
  • Unused hours are forfeited at the end of the validity period. No compulsory renewal
  • Access to a primary advisor
  • The hours are only for remote support
  • It is not for use for involved projects such as disciplinaries, grievances, capability, or redundancies or involved documents like employee handbooks

HR Enhanced Carnet

Advisory-only service for telephone and email HR queries and for drafting of HR letters and completing HR document templates.

  • 6 hours’ HR support purchased in advance
  • Hours are valid for use for a 12-month period from the 1st of the month in which the Carnet is bought
  • Unused hours are forfeited at the end of the validity period
  • No compulsory renewal
  • Access to a primary advisor
  • 5% discount on our equivalent standard hourly rate
  • Hours may be used for certain onsite support
  • You are secure in the knowledge that, should something occur, we are here to help
