Leanne’s experience has been gained in the renewable energy, manufacturing and financial security sectors including a highly unionised environment that allows her to have a detailed approach to all aspects of HR ensuring it is done right the first time.
She has gained valuable experience in employee relations handling challenging disciplinary and grievance cases as well as performance management, absence management, mediation, flexible working, capability, early conciliation, employment tribunals and settlements. Leanne has a keen interest in engagement and long-term health management, ensuring businesses and employees are not placed at risk by the challenges of long-term health concerns or a disengaged workforce. She is confident in supporting essential business projects such as redundancies, restructures, site closures and TUPE.
Leanne has created key monitoring and reporting tools for HR data to allow businesses to understand their potential areas of improvement. She has supported businesses by creating bespoke company handbooks, policies and associated documents to ensure compliance with employment law and ACAS guidelines. When working with clients, she actively works to upskill all levels of management by providing up-to-date employment law knowledge and can offer essential training sessions in key HR areas.
Leanne is just completing her Diploma in Human Resource Management.
