Outsourced HR Administration Service

Outsourced HR Administration Service is a new Beststart HR service. Suited to smaller employers or start-ups who do not want to cover this function in-house. It is a standalone service but can also sit nicely alongside our HR Department consultancy service to ensure your HR support is targeted at the right level.

What does the HR Administration Service include?

Based on your budget, we agree what weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly admin work we will do for you. We do all normal HR Administration including:

  • All recruitment and onboarding of new staff paperwork and administration
  • Administering induction programmes
  • Creating and maintaining electronic personnel and training records either via a HR system or other electronic storage mechanism like Sharepoint
  • Overseeing sickness absence reporting, recording and monitoring process
  • Managing holiday booking, recording and monitoring process
  • Creating and maintaining all administration and correspondence associated with HR processes e.g. probation, salary reviews, maternity and other family-friendly leave, and leavers
  • Performance review process administration
  • All booking of training, development paperwork and administration
  • Act as a point of contact for HR administration queries

How does the HR Administration Service work?

  • Planned use of regular hours each month
  • 2 hours minimum monthly budget
  • Named HR Administrator as main contact, enabling them to understand your business and get to know you and, where relevant, your employees
  • Generally remote support but can be onsite where more hours in budget
  • Unused hours carried over to following month
  • Rolling 12-month contract
  • Risk-free trial period – no notice period in first 4 months
  • Thereafter, 1 month’s notice to terminate at anniversary
  • Set monthly cost for your HR Admin
